Project: Clarify CRM Impementation

Our Clarify specialists have participated on implementation of Clarify CRM system for mobile operator. Purpose of this project was to support customer's processes by Amdocs Clarify CRM system and implement much more suitable and effective workflow support.

Deep customization of ClearSupport, ClearCallCenter and AccountManager modules was performed to satisfy customer's needs.

Following tasks were performed for migration:

  • User requirements specification

  • High level design

  • Data model design

  • Clarify customization specification

  • Clarify customization

  • Data migration to Clarify database

  • Integration testing

  • Acceptance testing

  • Integration testing

  • Solution release to production


Project: Clarify CRM Fine tune

Our consultants have participated on Clarify CRM fine tune. Purpose of this project was to analyze customer's employees' comments and suggestions and improve existing CRM solution to be more suitable for customer's Sales and Customer care departments.

Project: Clarify CRM ClearSales module customization

Purpose of this project was to start using ClearSales module of Clarify CRM in mobile operator Customization was performed to support sales processes in telecommunication company and make them more effective.

Account history tracking, reporting and account ownership functionality was also introduced by this project.
